E-Commerce Manager - Watch & Jewellery

Looking for an E-Commerce Manager to join a luxury watches and fine jewellery business with an ambitious growth in HK & China. The business is part of a HK Main Board listed conglomerate group, which consists of other businesses in financial services, property, entertainment, media, furniture, hospitality, and gaming. Reporting directly to the CEO, the E-Commerce Manager will manage a Digital Graphic Designer and an E-Commerce Executive.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to formulate, implement and review the strategy, execution and performance of E-commerce business
  • Identify and develop sales opportunity, analyze market trends, enhance sales performance, and brand exposures
  • Manage relationship with 3rd party retailers and ensure operational excellence in China including management of 3PL partners
  • Develop digital marketing strategies and leverage content channels to drive website traffic and sales through different campaigns
  • Partner with operations, marketing team and retail partners to forecast product allocations for product launch
  • Report on trends, category mix and highlight risk and opportunities in order to adapt and optimize strategy.


  • University graduates Marketing, Business or any related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years or above of digital marketing and / or eCommerce experience
  • Experience in managing online 3rd party retailers in China is an advantage
  • Fashion Jewellery, mass jewellery industry experience takes definite advantage
  • Fast paced, proactive and result oriented
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Occasional travel is required
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
