Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Reservation Manager / Director of Sales in optimizing up sell messaging during guest reservation cycle.
  • Monitor and assist the Reservation Team in ensuring rate parity throughout all electronic distribution channels.
  • Prepare monthly reports of rooms revenues in different segments.
  • Assist Digital Marketing Manager and Director of Sales to create and implement promotional content for special offers and packages.
  • Ensure hotel information on electronic distribution channels(Website, Social Media) are up to date
  • Assist Digital Marketing Manager to reply the guest review on electronic channels.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years’ relevant experience, preferable in Hospitality industry, experience in Front Office or Reservations is an advantage.
  • Diploma or above  in Hospitality management or related discipline with strong e-commerce knowledge
  • Candidate must be proactive, energetic, creative, attentive to details and responsive to changes
  • Excellent communication skills in both written & spoken English and Mandarin
  • Good organization skills and attention to details
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office such as word, excel and PowerPoint
