SLICK CASE; one of the successful worldwide e-platform B2C brand is seeking a candidate to fill the vacancy to be one of our e-Marketing Officers for our extremely fast growing online business. This role will support initiatives including social media sales and marketing promotion, specific re-targeting initiatives, affiliate marketing, and growth in our social network audiences. We are seeking competent candidate with experience across multiple channels. This person should be data oriented, capable of building and present models as well as demonstrating and initiating good initiatives in new market and target market penetration.  

Roles and Responsibilities:

The trainee will be expected to perform the following roles and responsibilities after a period of 6 months:

  • Optimize Facebook daily advertisement budgets to achieve relevant goals
  • Oversee and manage online acquisitions, specific re-targeting initiatives, affiliate marketing, and growth in our social network audiences at Slick Case
  • Coordinate with the photographic design team to maintain fresh Slick Case campaigns and content
  • Uncover new pockets of growth in targeting users online and through social media
  • Support growth initiatives within Slick Case that could increase existing conversion
  • Analyze all aspects of our current user set to identify key areas of opportunity
  • Work directly with web and marketing team to implement efforts in a timely manner
  • Run A/B tests and target a 6 month payback period or less per channel

Academic; Knowledge and Skill Requirements

  • Degree holders in mathematics or statistical related subjects are preferable along with good academic results. Degree holders in digital marketing related fields are also welcome.
  • Prefer to have experience in Facebook or Instagram Page management continuously for 6 months or above, such as generating post contents, audience engagement activities and monitoring weekly target reach.
  • Proficient in both written and verbal skills in English; bilingual in Chinese is a plus.
  • Sensitive to changes in website data and advertisement traffic in order to perform statistical analysis in identifying key opportunities.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, mature, self-motivated, dedicated, enthusiastic and able to adapt to changes quickly.
  • Ability to work well in teams and support team decisions.

Training Process and Performance Requirements:

  • There will be a 6 months training period with monthly KPI performance measurements.
  • The target KPIs are mostly advertisements to sales conversion related and the categories includes by a) Country, b) product type, and c) language communication.
  • The successful trainee will be promoted as e-Marketer with good, fixed and variable compensation.
