We are looking for a Assistant Marketing & Communications Manager to join our Marketing & Communications team.

You can create result with us using your expertise to…

  • Assist and support Head of Marketing & Communications in coordinating all logistics and ground works of Communications and Marketing activities including digital marketing, social media, media publicity, brand building and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans, analyze marketing campaign performance to track program effectiveness and improve marketing strategy
  • Update and maintain media base, manage and conduct media interviews, draft press releases, conduct proactive and reactive pitching, keep up-to-date with latest trends and industry news
  • Maintain and perform various daily marketing activities like Promotions, Events (PR/Media), Advertising, and Customer Retention Management program
  • Work closely with various parties on different levels of brand marketing activities, collaterals, campaigns, events and collaborations

You can go that extra mile by using your skills and qualities including…

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years’ public relations/ media relations experience in agency, hotel, catering or F&B environment. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Marketing & Communications Manager.
  • Education: A degree holder in Business Administration / Communications / Translations or equivalent in related discipline
  • Skills: Organisation skills with a strong attention to details. Strong interpersonal, communication and time management skills. Strong understanding of Public Relations activities. Fully computer literate with knowledge on Photoshop and other digital platforms. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficient in Putonghua would be a definite advantage.
  • Personality: Creative, Presentable, cheerful & professional manner, outgoing in nature, team player.
  • Extra Awesome: Ability to prioritise projects. Able to work under pressure with ability to multi-task. Good media connections.
