Purpose of Job
You will provide coordination and administration support to the Sales team for their day to day and ad hoc tasks in Corporate and Travel Trade segments. The tasks include preparing proposals & confirmation, answering clients’ enquiries, maintain proper filing and trace system, and so on.
Do you have the following?
•Diploma holder in hospitality management or related disciplines
•A minimum of 1 year experience in either Reservations or Front Office
•Independent & able to work under pressure
•Good interpersonal and communication skills, pleasant and out spoken
•Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua would be a definite advantage
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
•Knowledge of Opera & Fidelio system would be a definite advantage.
