EAST Hong Kong - Waiter / Waitress - All Day Dining 西餐廳侍應

PURPOSE OF ROLE:

As a Waiter / Waitress, you’ll work to serve food and drinks in the Restaurant and Guest Rooms.
Your success: To ensure an excellent dining experience for our guests.

• Education: Graduate from hotel school is preferred.
• Skills: Good command of both written and spoken English.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Work in a section of the restaurant, including runner and room service
• Take responsibility for overall cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant
• Ensure all guests are satisfied and served according to hotel standards
• Handle complaints from guests, and inform management when complaints are given
• Ensure all customer contact is handled politely and efficiently
