EB Client Services Lead - Collateral Management

Our collateral management service helps our clients source and mobilise their securities inventory rapidly, efficiently and optimally to meet multiple collateral obligations. The industry is moving into unchartered territory, and Euroclear as a long-established leader and innovator in collateral management, can add value by easing the collateral management burdens. Our team is working in different locations: Poland, Belgium and Hong Kong.

Your part of the deal as Collateral Account Manager and Operations Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• offering dedicated services to a key Triparty clients or a group of key Triparty clients by monitoring and proactive follow-up of clients’ activity across different collateral products, support client with specific portfolio analysis in order to optimize collateral allocation
• Assesses regularly clients’ satisfaction and actively works with different stakeholders both internally and externally to enhance satisfaction or address any service issue; you’re a key contributor in validating service enhancements and it’s impacts on one’s clients.
• handling autonomously the most complex inquiries or processes but also service issues, escalations, discuss client wishes/special requests
• Able to prepare and conduct a client visit autonomously; coaches and delivers trainings to clients in high/complex processes or products
• Manage timely and accurately control queries, transactions processing (instructions input) and reporting generation
• Follow up and investigate on custody or Corporate Action events processed on Collateral positions, including cash and securities realignment
• Challenge, review and develop complex policies procedures with appropriate CI and risk mind-set to improve our risk resilience as well as efficiency and productivity
• Lead or contribute (depending on the size of the project) with a good level of autonomy to projects related to clients, risk or operations . This may require writing or validating business requirements, testing or preparing operational readiness (including delivery of training) . Work is not closely supervised but outputs are subject to managerial review

• Your background either in operations in settlement, trade processing, asset servicing and bilateral collateral management is an advantage
