Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible to drive Company’s ecommerce sales on B+B and B+C
  • Lead the business development of e-commerce, grow existing customers and identify new potential customers.
  • Deliver sales target, manage spending within budget and drive continued improvement to uplift ROI
  • Responsible for strategic sales and promotion planning for key retailers with eCommerce business
  • Develop effective eCommerce strategy and development
  • Establish partnership with eCommerce customers and agencies in main digital platforms
  • Develop and maintain strategic collaboration with major customers of all channels on existing / new digital / e-CRM initiatives / programs
  • Partner with Marketing team to explore Online and Offline (O+O) opportunity to drive brand growth

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, eCommerce or related disciplines
  • 10 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG industry in which 3-5 years of hands-on e-commerce planning and sales management
  • Energetic, result-oriented, well-organized, self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good communication, presentation, interpersonal & analytical skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese Processing
