Ecommerce Marketing Manager - Partnership (REF : CT-IT-EMM)

Accountabilities – Key Result Areas

  • Develops and implement the strategic E-commerce marketing plan
  • Create, implement, and oversee the online marketing calendar to drive qualified traffic and conversion. Partner cross-functionally to support Brand initiatives
  • Establish and effectively manage eshop according to business plan and following the developed sales operational plan
  • Lead and Negotiate annual agreements with Ecommerce partners/suppliers
  • Gather market intelligence on trends, customer expectations, and competitive activity
  • Nurture long term relationships with key strategic partners to foster consistent support via joint promotions or events
  • Define and support market strategy with cross functional teams (marketing, supply chain, etc)
  • Lead measurement and reporting on key performance indicators and provide actionable data to inform decisions to improve the business
  • Benchmark and analyze the performance of all online marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Keeping good relationship with current business partners to generate repeat business
  • Fully understand the Ecommerce channel’s business objectives (i.e. increasing sales for key products, etc.) and can translate these into strategy and action plans
  • Work collaboratively with Omni-channel team to ensure partnerships between web and retail marketing

Experience / Qualification Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Ecommerce with FMCG, Fashion or Lifestyle brand
  • Proven track record in increasing sales performance
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Good command of English
  • Passion for business partners communication and building long-term relationship
  • Knowledge of online retail industry is highly recommend
  • Passionate about sales, revenue growth, and new business opportunities
  • Strong negotiator and deal closer, comfortable in challenging and influencing business partners at all levels
  • Skillful in driving client interest and new business through creative proposal of Transactional capabilities
