Employee Benefits Product & Distribution Communications Manager

To take a leading and proactive role to develop and implement Employee Benefits communications strategy to build brand awareness and drive business via external, digital communications and other creative means as appropriate

To lead and support the development of EB product proposition and drive the full end-to-end product development journey

  • Managing the quality of all kinds of writing and editing prepared by the team, including but not limited to emails, letters, speeches, presentations
  • Executing communications plans and projects to support business strategies and activities
  • Coordinating with different parties and contributing to effective internal and external communications programmes
  • Liaising with vendors and suppliers to ensure its services and performance in accordance to the service level agreements
  • Assist in developing strategies, initiatives and all-round product proposition (e.g. customer experience, concierge services, lifestyle and wellness incentives, and other value-added services) to expand our EB business
  • Drive functional teams and coordinate all actions related to any product initiatives
  • Proactively initiate meeting with stakeholders to discuss the key product issues, development progress and deliverables in an effective manner
  • Act as subject matter expert in any major product initiatives
  • Monitor market development and obtain market intelligence
  • Support on-going product maintenance, market research and intelligence and post-and-after of new product launch activities of IPMI.
  • Work closely with pricing team for pricing strategy
  • Support one-AXA cross-selling activities
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Employee Benefits Product & Distribution Communications Manager
  • University degree with 5-7 years working experience in insurance industry, preferably on Employee Benefits Marketing or product propositions.
  • Good presentation, planning, negotiation and organizational skills
  • Strong problem solving, communication and time management skills
  • Achievement oriented, drive for results
