Job Requirements

  1. 5 subjects pass or Level 2 in HKCEE (including Chinese Language, English Language (Syllabus B), and Mathematics)
  2. Relevant experience

 Job Duties:

  1. To assist in interviewing candidates and conducting vocational assessment.
  2. To liaise with candidates and employers.
  3. To assist in providing Employment Service to meet the requirements of Funding and Service Agreement and Service Quality Standards of Social Welfare Department.
  4. To assist in providing Employment Service to meet the requirements of the Community Chest.
  5. To prepare minutes of meetings as and when required and keep proper record of the minutes.
  6. To keep record of the fixed assets of the Centre.
  7. To type and file office documents of the Centre, such as correspondence, reports, memos, etc.
  8. To receive visitors and accompany them to tour the Centre as and when required.
  9. To perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor as and whenever necessary.
