To cope with our business expansion, we are looking for Engineer - All levels (Electrical/HVAC/BS/P&D/Fire) to join our dynamic team!
(Project) Engineer – New Build Projects
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients and main contractors as well as internal parties to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the projects.
- Monitor work progress and site safety in compliance with the contractual and statutory requirements.
- Assist Project Manager in tender preparation, tender analysis, price negotiation and budget control.
- Handle project administration.
Requirements:
- Degree Holder in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services or equivalent
- Possess 3 years’ relevant working experience in participation of E&M Building Services Contracts
- Self motivated, Independent and able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project
- Candidates with more than 6 years' relevant working experience will be considered Project Engineer
