Plan, direct and coordinate Smart Construction Site project activities to ensure that project objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frames and funding parameters
Review project proposals or plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, negotiate staffing requirements to various project phases
Collaborate with R&D team, Business Solution Leads and Business Analysts to drive business and technology innovation to achieve business unit’s strategic plan and business objectives
Collaborate with the testing team to define the quality assurance test plans that meet the company practice and standard
Keep abreast of the latest trends in construction, technology and project management practices
Ability to influence senior executives
Qualifications / Experience:
Minimum 2 years of solid working experience
Tertiary qualifications are essential
Construction (building) related experiences are essential
Demonstrated vendor management skills
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Good command of written and spoken Mandarin and English;
Willing to occasionally travel to local construction sites;
Immediate available is preferred.
