Engineer / Assistant Engineer – (Smart Construction Site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct and coordinate Smart Construction Site project activities to ensure that project objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frames and funding parameters
• Review project proposals or plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, negotiate staffing requirements to various project phases
• Collaborate with R&D team, Business Solution Leads and Business Analysts to drive business and technology innovation to achieve business unit’s strategic plan and business objectives
• Collaborate with the testing team to define the quality assurance test plans that meet the company practice and standard
• Keep abreast of the latest trends in construction, technology and project management practices
• Ability to influence senior executives

Qualifications / Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of solid working experience
• Tertiary qualifications are essential
• Construction (building) related experiences are essential
• Demonstrated vendor management skills
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken Mandarin and English;
• Willing to occasionally travel to local construction sites;
• Immediate available is preferred.
