Engineer Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical support to the service delivery manager in fulfilling fire services maintenance contracts.
• Prepare and issue quotation and invoice.
• Assist in other ad hoc tasks as requested.

Job Requirements:

• Fresh graduate will also be considered.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite and Chinese word processing.
• Candidates who have worked for building services, civil engineering, or fire services company are a preferred.
• Well-organized, able to meet tight deadlines, positive attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
