Responsibilities:

• Handle building maintenance and A&A projects
• Monitor progress of work and project management
• Liaise with Clients, Consultants and Contractors
• Any other works as directed by P.M. from time to time
• Routine repair and maintenance arrangement

Requirements:

• Holder of a Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering (EE) / Mechanical Engineering (ME) / Building Services Engineering (BSE) or related disciplines
• 5 years or above relevant experience in construction project, solid experience in Electrical & HVAC is preferably gained from consultant firms or E/M contracting Company
• Experience in handling large scale A&A works in design, installation, testing and commissioning of E & M systems
• Proven record in project management and solid experience in interior fitting-out projects including design, preparation of tender document and contract administration
• Holder of Certificate of Grade A or B Registration of Electrical Worker and Experience in projects governed by recognized environmental assessment standards, like BEAM-plus, LEED will be advantage
• Good command in speaking and writing English and Chinese
• Familiar with AutoCAD and good computer skills
• Well versed with Local Regulations (i.e. EMSD / FSD / Minor Works System)
• Good communication and supervisory skills in handling repair and maintenance works
• Immediate available is preferred
