Engineer - Facility & Equipment
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical solution and advice and support related to maintenance / facilities management / Energy management
- Increase and improve plant equipment and facilities, be the key member in new equipment move in project
- Lead TPM (Total productivity Maintenance) in plant area, drive the improvement in reducing equipment down time
- Maintain and update plant floor plan when there is updated equipment
- Troubleshoot emergencies, equipment problems, and technical issues, organize and oversee resolutions
- Manage vendors to make sure projects completed on track and align with internal policies
- Prepare technical reports and working procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
- 3 years of experience in facility / equipment management
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented and responsible with team work spirit and excellent Communication
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is highly preferable
- Fresh Graduates are also welcome
