Engineer/ Senior Engineer (Maintenance Team)
Job MatcherJob Responsibilities:
- Assist Service Manager in FS/ P&D A&A project/maintenance execution & tender estimation
- Liaise and communicate with client, architect, consultant, main contractor and others
- Supervise subcontractor performance
- Prepare tenders, job budget, drawing and equipment submission for A&A projects or maintenance works
Job Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in Building Services/ Fire Services Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 year' relevant exp. in Fire Services/ Plumbing and Drainage
- Self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure
- Team player with good communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Knowledge in MS Office, AutoCAD, etc
- With Fire Service Installation Contractors Class 3 is an advantage
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer.
