Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Site In-Charge to plan and implement energy saving scheme and preventive maintenance work schedule to minimize breakdown or failure of building facilities. (Fire Services / MVAC / Lifts / Plumbing & Drainage / Electrical)
  • Monitor work progress for all alterations, additions, improvement, repair and maintenance works as well as planned maintenance schedule by contractors.
  • Supervise frontline technical staff to carry out daily operation and maintenance, improvement work of building services systems and facilities for quality assurance.
  • Prepare & follow up technical drawings, specifications, tender documents, maintenance contracts and regular technical reports to senior management.
  • Monitor E&M & builders’ materials stock control report and work order records.
  • Handle emergency call out of duty if necessary and report incidents to senior for further instruction.
  • Attend operations, technical & shop fitting-out meetings and handle shop tenant’s enquiries in relation to technical issues.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree / Higher Diploma in in Building Services Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
  • Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade “B" or above) and Construction industry safety training (Green Card). Holder of Certificate of Confined Space Certified Worker is preferable.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Property & Facility Management field and/ or Engineering field. Solid experience in on-site building E&M system operation and maintenance works of Luxury Residential Properties or Hotels / Serviced Apartments is highly preferable.
  • Solid experience in handling tenancy work, major renovation work and relevant tender preparation and project co-ordination is a must. Hands-on experience in Split-type fan coiled air-conditioning system is preferable.
  • Good knowledge of PC skills on AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills and team work player
