Engineer Trainee (Based in Dongguan)

Introduction:
This two-year well-structured and fast tract program aims at developing high potential university graduates to be future elites as an engineer in the manufacturing industry. Fresh graduates are welcomed. Selected candidates will be trained and rotated in different areas like Engineering, Tooling, Metal Stamping, Plastic Injection and System Integration. You can explore the experiences and exposure in the GBA market. We are now inviting high-caliber candidates to join us!
Responsibilities:
- Learn to lead in technical project management through a structural training program
- Participate in product life cycle management from design to production
- Management assistance for manufacturing operations
- Take part in new production introduction and other improvement projects
- Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management teams
Requirements:
- Degree Holder or above in Mechanical / Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Knowledge of Project Management is an advantage
- Good knowledge of UG, Pro-E & AutoCAD is an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Proactive and hard working attitudes
- Based in Dongguan factory is required
