Shinryo Technical Services Limited is well established Building Services Maintenance Company providing E&M maintenance and installation services to commercial buildings and railway industry. 

To cope with rapid growth and the several projects, we are inviting applicants for the following position(s).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Tendering, Project/Maintenance planning, contracting, design and BS installation;
  • Site supervision, coordination and management of subcontractors;
  • Lead subordinates for faults handling and trouble-shooting of BS installation;
  • Testing & commissioning for BS works especially ACMV, Building Management System and Fire Services.


  • Holder of Degree / HD / HC in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines;
  • 3 years or above relevant working experience;
  • Relevant experience in Contractor or E&M firm is preferable;
  • Good command of spoken and written in English;

Candidate with less relevant experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer.
