Engineering Manager- KPM

Key Responsibility 

  • Manages all engineering objectives and initiatives.
  • Identifies and solves technical and operational issues.
  • Leads the Engineering Team and drives Continuous Improvement.
  • Manages the New Product Introduction Process (NPI) from estimating, tool design, process development and validation through mass production.
  • Oversees a robust program management process and delivery timelines to keep projects on schedule and on budget interfacing effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Support all departments that require engineering expertise.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
  • Tooling, CNC and metal component parts exposure a must, with hands-on solid experience in precision metal machining and component processing required.
  • Program Management Experience.
  • Knowledge and experience with formal documentation systems and methods i.e. AS9100, IATF, ISO/TS16949 or ISO9001, etc.
  • At least 15 years’ minimum experience in a manufacturing environment, of which at least 8 years in a managerial position.
  • Station in Zhongshan, Pearl River Delta, Guangdong, China.
