Engineering Manager

  • Degree holder in Building Services/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or other relevant disciplines
  • Qualified Engineer or Registered Engineer with at least 8 years' relevant experience of which 5 years at managerial level, preferably gained in sizable contracting, construction or property management companies
  • Well versed in related laws and regulations
  • Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
  • Good leadership and project management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Job Duties:
  • The candidate will be responsible to carry out Contracting and Property Management roles in his / her job duties
  • He/she shall lead a team of technical staff to carry out contracting and daily maintenance & operations
  • Bid jobs and establish projects' budget
  • Submit tender proposals and quotations
  • Be responsible for project management including but not limited to monitor the overall project schedule, quality contract, and profits etc
  • Ensure all works comply with contractual and statutory requirements
  • Plan and supervise all repair and maintenance work for the designated Group's properties to comply with the statutory requirements
  • Review and monitor the performance of maintenance contractors and suppliers
  • Liaise and handle the leasing team or tenants' on all technical matters
