We are looking for an individual who is passionate about Multimedia Technology and desires to work on interesting Audio Visual and Broadcast technology related projects. You will work in a collaborative environment; share ideas with other global team members who are equally enthusiastic about the array of developing A/V technologies we plan to deploy. The right candidate will have ample opportunity to put their creativity and industry knowledge to work by engineering and delivering solutions for our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
  • Our team is challenged with reducing the complexity in AV room designs; with your help we will be arming the business divisions with self-operating and easy to use products for conferencing and media events.
  • The work in this regard is quite satisfying and helps contribute to the bottom line of the firm by providing ways to enhance business communication efforts.
  • You will be working on our global Video Conferencing uplift program replacing old video conferencing technology for a more current and progressing technology.
  • You will have further exposure as you assist in high profile and global projects, most notable for our headquarter projects in the London and Bengaluru.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Individual must have solid project management skills; vendor management
  • Strong sense of ownership, focus on quality, responsiveness, efficiency and innovation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Work well under pressure; able to make real-time decisions to maintain continuity of the projects.
  • Able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Have effective documentation skills
  • Able to be flexible in their work schedule
  • Posses customer service skills
  • Be a self-starter and team player

Preferred Qualifications
  • Have AV Industry professional with 5 - 10 years project and vendor management experience
  • Have technical systems knowledge, audiovisual knowledge (Cisco, Polycom, AMX, Crestron, etc.), technical skills, basic understanding of acoustics and lighting design.
  • Good understanding of IP Network technology
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Have experience working on Construction and Real Estate projects with AV Integrators
  • Able to develop vendor bid packages for project work
  • Able to configure room based A/V equipment
  • Able to educate business and operations team on technology use and relevant processes
  • Experience with Polycom and Cisco room based systems including TelePresence
  • Conformance testing experience
