English Services Executive

We are recruiting an English Services Executive to support our Teaching Centre operation. The main duty of an English Services Executive will be the first point of contact for all telephone enquiries and complaints, and providing general consultation to encourage potential customers to visit the Centre for a course consultation.

You should have:

  • polite and pleasant telephone manners
  • good communication skills in spoken English and Chinese
  • at least 1 year experience working in a call centre environment
  • experience in administrative duties
  • IT skills – excel, word
  • all other competencies on the role profile 

Remuneration package for the position includes a basic monthly salary plus incentive, an annual bonus, 20 days of annual leave per year and medical benefits.
