Enterprise Application Support (Support Specialist)

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in Enterprise Applications Support for mission critical business systems
  • Perform problem diagnosis, solution analysis and review solution provided by vendor
  • Provide user support to production systems
  • Coordinate and support user acceptance test
  • Provide end user training and handle user enquiry
  • Prepare various project and support documentation
  • Conduct system design and prepare its documentation for change management

Requirements :              

  • Diploma or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Solid enterprise application support experience on enterprise mission critical system
  • Knowledge on Java, SQL, Oracle Database and UNIX scripts is an advantage
  • Good command of English
  • Good analytical skill and customer-oriented in service delivery
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Support Associate
