POSITION SUMMARY

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to build a business in the high growth area of IT maintenance & support and network equipment solutions. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing key accounts for incremental business, driving new business logos and successfully executing renewal business in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.

 

Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a group of existing customer accounts (large and mid size) to meet and exceed Company sales objectives and key initiatives in conjunction with sales direction, working closely with Regional Sales Director.
  • Field visits, Cold Calling, Telemarketing, Reference Selling to create new business
  • Sourcing new business opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls and e-mail.
  • Understanding customer’s technical requirements and providing technical information.
  • Customer relationship management for successful renewals of maintenance contracts and creating up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Develops accounts by checking customer’s buying history, suggesting related and new items.
  • Work with internal teams to qualify leads, develop pipeline and close deals.
  • Prepare monthly forecast and telemarketing report

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Min. 7+ years Experience in Sales or account management role at IT OEM, System Integrator or Reseller in Hong Kong.
  • Proven track record of selling datacenter equipment including servers, storage, enterprise routers and switches.
  • Knowledge and experience of third party maintenance or pre-owned refurbished hardware is preferred.
  • Well-developed negotiation and sales skills
  • Strong strategic planning and business development skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Comfortably lead and control conversation with new and existing customers
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skill
  • Additional experience in contract renewals, datacenter migration/ relocation or customer support is welcome.

Salary:

  • Attractive OTE package with uncapped commissions
