Equity Derivatives Trader / Structurer

Ideal candidates need to be familiar with A share equity derivatives, with QFII exposure. Sweet spot is VP/ED level.

The main responsibility is to work on derivative flow trading related issues.

The job duties associated with this role include, but not limit to: 

• Researching on market neutral trading strategies on plain vanilla and exotic structures (A-Share indices, single name shares etc.). 
• Develop computation programs to execute trading, study intraday volatility pattern and improve hedging methodology. 
• Develop back-test tools for exotic structures. 
• Dealing with investors, HF managers, Sales and QA group to provide analytical solutions to the HF managers
