Job Overview

The Associate Consultant

  • works on processing customer requirements gathered by Consultant and Senior Consultant.
  • works on fulfilling the systems and solutions designed by Consultant and Senior Consultant.
  • shall complete and report tasks assigned by Consultant and Senior Consultant timely and accurately.  The works of the Associate Consultant form the foundation of the company’s deliverables to customers, and represents the quality of work of the consulting team and company. 

Responsibilities and Duties

These are the responsibilities and duties of the Associate Consultant.

  • Complete tasks assigned by Consultant and Senior Consultant timely and accurately.
  • Record and report the status of these tasks timely and accurately.
  • Document, organize, and present customer requirements gathered by Consultant and Senior Consultant in various documentation formats, demonstrations, and presentations.
  • Accurately implement, test, prepare, and present the systems and solutions designed by Consultant and Senior Consultant, not only in the form of the system delivered, but also in various documentation formats, demonstrations, training, and presentations.
  • Provide feedback and input to tasks assigned by Consultant and Senior Consultant.
  • Teamwork with other consulting, technical, project management, and customer-success roles in fulfilling tasks assigned.
  • Obtain internal and external certification/qualification as required by the company.


  • Degree holder in Computer Science/Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Strong team player and team leader.
  • Experience in ERP implementation (Especially NetSuite or cloud computing is definitely an advantage).
  • Knowledge on supply chain, finance / accounting is preferred and / or
  • Technical knowledge and experience about reporting/BI tools, SQL Server, Store Procedure, Javascript programming, web programming is preferred
  • Willing to work under pressure and strong commitment to the project.
  • Self-motivated and “Make-happen” attitude.
  • Excellent analytical mind, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.
  • Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Verbally fluent in verbal English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Excellent in written English communication and formal document writing is a must.
