ES Systems Analyst

  • Assist to manage the team resources and perform project management to ensure that all assignment would be completed within planned schedule
  • Communication with users to collect and understand user requirements
  • Manage/coordinate with vendor and 3rd parties to implement/deploy system change
  • Perform requirement/feasibility study and analysis and recommend solution to management
  • Monitor and guide subordinate programmers to carry out assigned tasks
  • Perform system design to meet requirements from users/management
  • Prepare documentation
  • Perform quality assurance to ensure all deliverables are in good quality
  • Monitor and guide subordinates to carry out assigned tasks and to help them to achieve high quality ouput and meet the schedule.
  • Provide system support, including user inquiry and problem solving
  • Report to team head and management regularly
  • Follow and enforce guidelines and policies


  • University graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in system design & development preferably in banking industry
  • Solid knowledge in Unix/Linux, Java, JavaScript, XML, RDBMS (Oracle, MSSQL etc.), MS .Net development, reporting tools, Git, Jenkins, Ansible etc
  • Self-motivated, excellent problem-solving capability, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Well versed in SDLC and sound knowledge in Project Management
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
