ESTATE OFFICER / ASSISTANT ESTATE OFFICER (On Site)

  • Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of an commercial / Industrial building
  • Duties will include budget planning, enforcement of the DMC, liaison with owners/tenants, handling complaints, supervision of site staff and monitoring contractors’ performance, etc
  • Tertiary educated in Property Management or related disciplines with at least 4 years' relevant experience
  • Mature, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Possess good PC skills and knowledge in Chinese Word Processing
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is required
  • Candidates with less experience / qualifications will be considered as ASSISTANT ESTATE OFFICER
