Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily operations and property management of the Company designated properties, including complaint handling, security maintenance, cleaning and facilities management, etc.
  • Support daily administration such as correspondence, attendance record for staff (work at site), manage the store room, liaison with maintenance contractors, etc.
  • Build up and maintain good relationship with tenants
  • Liaise with the Owners’ Committee by attending regular meetings and follow up any outstanding issues
  • Assist new measures for service upgrading and handle ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Higher diploma or above in Real Estate/Property Management or related disciplines;
  • 4 - 6 years relevant experience in property management (head office work is an advantage);
  • Hold a valid Security Personnel Permit (“SPP")
  • Knowledge of relevant statutory regulations
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with people at all levels
  • Good command of both written and spoken in Englishand Chinese
  • Good PC skills (e.g. MS Word and Excel etc.)
  • Positive thinking, mature, self-motivated and able to work independently

Candidate with more relevant working experience will be considered as Senior Estate Officer.
