Event and Marketing Executive (5-day work week)

  • Plan, schedule and organize in-house events in Hong Kong (e.g. workshops, seminars, business meetings) including all communication and logistics arrangement for each event
  • Coordinate and communicate monthly event schedule with speakers/instructors as well as on both offline and online channels
  • Event management of offsite quarterly events, including but not limited to: venue sourcing, souvenir sourcing, welcome package printing, promotion planning, staffing, stage management, floorplan, interpretation service, event rundown and set-up, monitoring installation, logistics arrangement and delivery of event materials, etc.
  • Prepare presentations and project timelines, action items and checklist
  • Prepare and proof-read presentation materials with guest speakers
  • Ensure each project is completed within timeline and budget
  • Support Sales and Marketing Team to formulate and plan marketing and promotion projects and parameters
  • Liaise travel bookings for overseas guest speakers
  • Handle and follow up attendee’s enquiries
  • Prepare staff briefing and event evaluation reports
  • Assist in coordinating travel bookings for Hong Kong attendees at special global events (e.g. incentive trips, leadership summit, international convention)
  • Work closely with the external vendors, internal staff, international offices and customers for the whole process
  • Work closely with PR agencies, media partners and production house for PR events execution
  • Support the ad-hoc assignments



  • University Degree Holder in Marketing, PR, Event management or Health sciences
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in event management and project management is a must (Direct selling industry will be an advantage)
  • Experience in media relations and press release writing is preferred
  • Multi-tasking team player, well-organized, meticulous, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, time-management, problem-solving and presentation skills
  • Highly proactive and self-motived individual with commitment to excellence
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
