Duties : Provide assistance to the Dean and the Assistant Manager of the School in coordinating and implementing art, cultural and new media art/technology exhibitions, events and study tours of the School and the University; handle publicity and public relations activities; provide administrative support in creative media education, research and interdisciplinary collaborations, as well as art and media festivals/exhibitions/conferences/study tours.
Requirements : 5 passes in HKCEE/HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics. Substantial working experience in arts administration including art and cultural event coordination/promotion; organizing and coordinating conferences, exhibitions, theatrical performances, digital and/or creative media events; and managing professional delivery of service are required.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.
Salary and Conditions of Service
Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes.
