Event Coordinator - Internal staff events. Financial service


Our client is a stable and expanding financial service organization. They are looking for a passionate candidate to join the dynamic event and administration team for internal events and promoting company culture. This company has energetic, positive and lively culture.


  • Global logistic arrangement for various internal activities, workshops, staff & CRM events and meetings
  • Manage external service providers such as hotels, event IT companies, catering partners and transportation firms)
  • Support preperation and organization of internal events and meeting presentations and report, speech, media briefing and notes
  • Execute logistic and technical areas for virtual meetings and event management
  • University interns events
  • Contact guest and meeting participants to make sure their satisfaction


  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in financial industries and English speaking environment
  • Degree holding in marketing, communications, hospitality, business or related field
  • Excellent command of English and Cantonese
  • Team member, easy going and excellent communication skills
  • Sound knowledge in virtual platform for event management, MS Excel (create charts) and PowerPoint
