Event Coordinator (Large FMCG Group, HK$20K - HK$23K x 13month)
Our client is a local listed FMCG group. They are currently looking for a Event Coordinator to join their growing team.
Plan and coordinate corporate events or special functions
Conduct guided tours to introduce corporate information and products to visitors
Handle logistic arrangement and delivery of event materials
Coordinate with internal team to execute events
Prepare business correspondence and presentation materials
Assist in ad hoc duties as required
Degree Holder in Event Management or Hospitality or related discipline
3-5 years working experience in catering or event management is highly preferred
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
Stable, well organized, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
Willing to work on weekends for exhibition and events (Over time allowance will be paid)
