Event Coordinator

Job Responsibilities 職責:

  • Assist in catering event, including but not limited to set up the venue and make event purchase orders and requests
  • Responsible for daily meeting rooms settlement and pantry order
  • Manage pantries supplies and office equipment supplies
  • Support and assist Receptionist and Office Assistant when needed
  • Prepare monthly inventory and consumption report for pantries supplies and office equipment
  • 協助籌備餐飲活動,包括並不限於場地佈置及採購活動物資
  • 負責日常會議室安排及茶水招待
  • 管理茶水物資及辦公室用品存貨
  • 必要時,需支援及協助接待員及辦公室助理
  • 準備每月用品存貨及消耗報告

Job Requirements 任職要求:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Hard-working and customer-oriented
  • Basic Language skills
  • 最少1年相關工作經驗
  • 勤力以及具有顧客為先的精神
  • 基本語文能力

Place of work 工作地點:
1. Central 中環 (Monday to Friday, 9:00a.m. – 18:30p.m. 星期一至五,上午9時至下午6時半)
