Event Executive / Assistant Event Executive (Event Management) - 5 Days Work

Responsibilities:

-Assist in preparation event proposal 

-Source on event-related materials.

-Coordinate with vendors on various projects.

-Communicate with part-time helpers.

-Provide clerical and administration works.

-The candidate should be willing to work overtime under pressure.

Requirements:

-Tertiary education or other equivalents.

-1 year of relevant working experience is preferred, fresh graduate, will be considered as  Assistant Event Executive.

-Willing to work during weekend and public holiday.

-Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. 

-Proficiency in PC applications including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a MUST.

Working Location : Chai Wan , Hong Kong

12 days Annual Leave per year after completion of 3 Month's Probation
