Event Executive - MICE Department

Jetour

  • Responsible for planning and organizing tour/ meeting event projects held overseas.Provide full range service to clients, including pre-event coordination and post-event follow up;
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors, suppliers and clients;
  • Negotiate with suppliers for competitive rates

Requirements

  • Post secondary / Degree graduate, preferably in M.I.C.E. industry.
  • With at least 2 years solid experience in outbound travel trade / event management / production house
  • Proficient in MS office applications and Chinese Word processing
  • Meticulous and good with numbers;
  • Excellent logistics arrangement and administrative skills;
  • Outgoing, good time management, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua preferred
  • Willing to travel with short notice
