Event Liaison Assistant Manager / Supervisor / Senior Officer

(Joint programme with a big international brand)

Responsibilities:

  • Set up roadshow/education booths/game events in schools, shopping mall and housing estate
  • Communicate with Corporate and Student Volunteers on service roasters
  • Work with other NGOs in joint partnership event
  • Liaise with promoters and events workers for booth/events set up & execution

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Higher Diploma holders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work on alternative weekend and flexible hours
  • 1 - 2 years of work experience (higher position will require more years of work experience)
  • Experience in customer services or community relations is an advantage
  • Experience in retail industry is an advantage
  • WGO will provide the booth design and game content
  • WGO will provide the education training
  • No experience in environmental work is required
