Event Management Officer (Ref EMO) (5 day works)

Job Duties

• Support events from pre-event logistics, and on-site assistance to post-event reporting and administrative work as directed by the supervisor
• Assist in a broad range of research-related work, including data collection, data input, database update, and analysis
• Participate in exhibition preparation, setups, reception tasks, as well as greeting clients
• Support other ad hoc tasks/services when required.
• Able to handle web graphic design including online promotion material such as display banners, landing pages, website front-end designs, etc.

Job Requirements

• University graduates preferably in Information System and e-Business Marketing / Bachelor of Arts - Media and Communication / Business & Administration or relevant discipline.
• Preferably 1-year working experience (Fresh graduate will also be considered)
• Good Knowledge of MS Office Excel + Chinese Typing is a must
• Solid experience with software such as Illustrator, Dreamweaver, HTML 5, In-Design and Photoshop, etc is a must
• Effective written and excellent verbal communication in English and Chinese
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure environment and deadlines
• Good team player, detailed-minded, well-organized, strong communication skills, and service-oriented minds
