Job Summary

  • Prepare all event documentation and coordinate with sales, hotel departments, and customers to ensure successful delivery of complex hotel events.
  • Display leadership in guest hospitality and ensure consistent, high level service throughout all phases of hotel events. 
  • Participate in the hiring, development, retention and supervision of a diverse workforce to deliver excellent service in Event Planning.
  • Build the unit’s top line revenue by focusing on the post-contractual sale of products and services. 
  • Maximize revenue by up-selling contracted products to event planners and services.
  • Support the management of the Event Planning budget to achieve or exceed budget expectations.


  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the event (catering / MICE / wedding) management, food and beverage, sales and marketing or related professional area
  • Excellent command of written and conversational skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
