Job Duties

  • Actively involved in coordination of the schedules, logistics and details with PR members. You will be giving this invaluable opportunity to meet and travel with senior management of the company, together with investment bankers on the road.
  • Organize and manage PR event, includes pre-production preparation, budget management, and as main contact for clients and bankers
  • Liaise and arrange all PR related events, including investors group meeting, live media press conference and investor one-on-one meetings globally.
  • Logistics arrangement and support for the PR team


  • Degree or Diploma holder in Finance, Marketing, Hotel Management or other related discipline
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a must
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Chinese word processing and powerpoint
  • Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, hardworking and detailed-minded
  • Able to meet tight schedule and work under pressure; strong work ethic and commitment to the success of the team
  • Immediate available is preferred
