Events Coordinator

The Mira Hong Kong

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for department day-to-day administration duties and clerical support
  • Generate various reports and ensure to be issued to concerned parties on time
  • Assist the sales personnel in preparing departmental documents
  • Handle incoming telephone calls, incoming & outgoing correspondences of department
  • Maintain the customer database timely with systematic filing system

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above, preferably with formal secretarial training
  • Minimum 1 year's relevant working experience, fresh graduate may be considered
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, attentive to details and customer service orientated
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
