Executive Administration / Secretary

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative works; 
  • Responsible for general administrative support, e.g. filing, data entries, handle stationery ordering, pantry supplies, stock keeping and cheques bank-in etc;
  • Handle business correspondence e.g. reports, emails, confidential documents;
  • To provide secretarial and administrative support to projects and management;
  • Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned



Degree Holder or above ;

Minimum 2 years relevant experience;

Good written and spoken English & Chinese required;

Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, etc.;

Well-organized & good interpersonal skills;

Self-motivated & willing to learn and work overtime;

Immediate available preferred.;
