To assist in planning, organizing projects and activities, drafting publications, supporting the administrative function, serving as secretary to committees, and to undertake other duties as assigned by the Council.
A recognized degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent, with preferably 3 years of full-time relevant working experience and good knowledge in computer applications. Working experience in public relations will be a definite advantage.
The appointee should possess an analytical mind with excellent communication skills and genuine interest in community work. Must have a good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English with strong motivation and good interpersonal skill.
The appointee would be required to work at irregular hours and undertake outdoor duties. Successful appointee will be employed on contract terms.
