Responsibilities: Perform administrative & clerical duties to support programs/courses,events/activities of college & daily operation e.g. assist in handling internal & external correspondence/documents delivery/filing,coordinate on maintenance of office equipment,perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
Requirements : Post-secondary (Bachelor Degree); 3 Year(s) Experience Required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua preferred; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; MS Word; MS Excel; Chinese Typing; min 3 yrs relevant exp in office administrative preferable related to NGOs, good team player
Employment Terms: $13,000 - $15,000 per month(handle reception duties, manage membership activities & event management), Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week(handle business correspondences, monthly reports, minutes), (handle membership record, data entry, analysis)
