The appointee will be responsible for providing administrative support to a coding education project. Duties include coordinating with internal and external parties, assisting in large-scale events, courses and meetings, handling enquiries and payment forms, and other functions related to the project as appropriate. The initial appointment will be for a period of two years, with possibility of renewal subject to funding and mutual interests.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science or Arts, with good communication skills and be detail-minded. They should have good writing skills in English and Chinese and high literacy in MS Office, and be attentive to details. Fluent in spoken Cantonese is a must. Applicants should be self-motivated, work independently and as a good team player. Working experience in tertiary education institutions or event management, and knowledge in photo/ video editing would be an advantage. Immediate availability is preferred.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract. Fringe benefits include contract-end gratuity, leave, medical and dental benefits.
