Executive Assistant - Corporate Event

Job Description:
Our client is one leading professional firms. They are currently looking for a Event Assistant to provide support to the Event Marketing team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Marketing Head
  • Assist to organise corporate event, projects and activities in hotels
  • Handle travel arrangements, coordinate meetings, organize corporate/team activities
  • Prepare presentations and various management report


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or Higher Diploma
  • Minimum 5 years of event management and secretarial / administrative experience in sizable companies
  • Hospitality experience in event, activities and function management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Cantonese and Mandarin
