Duties: The appointees will perform course/general administration and office duties, including general/telephone enquiries, English and Chinese word processing, data input, liaison with internal and external parties, student admission, timetabling, course selection, examinations, maintaining of student/staff records and filing. Overtime work may be required.
Requirements: Candidates should possess a Higher Diploma or an Associate Degree, preferably a Bachelor degree. Good written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) with strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing, ability to work independently and willingness to take up responsibilities are essential.
Terms of appointment: Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The contract will normally be for 2 years with the possibility of renewal subject to review. A contract-end gratuity (taxable) will be payable upon satisfactory completion of the contract.
